A judge cannot send the document for expert opinion, because it is not the document of that court, moreover it is not exhibited. Court cannot send it for expert opinion. When can a judge send the document for expert opinion? If the documents are not exhibited then the judge has no powers to said the documents for experts opinion? Also because it is not a court document so here how to understand that which documents are court documents or which can come under the court documents ?
In any case wether it may be cirminal , civil in nature or Tax related matters.
One more questions as we all known that exhibited process is complusory whether it is complusory for criminal & TAX MATTERS ALSO.
Thank.

Court has every power to send a document put on file either on application moved by either of the parties or suo-motto if i just and proper for the larger interest of justice. Every document put and exhibited on file is a court document. A document even if exhibited in evidence can also be sent for expert opinion.
Your second question is not clear.

Sir thanks for the answer.
If the document or evidence is not exhibited then it is not a court document. So exhibited documents & evidence only comes under the defenation of the court documents
Sir my 2 question is if we file a case in court HC Or SC than also exhibited process is applied in TAX matters.
Sir my 2 question is if we file a case in court HC Or SC or any other appeallate authority other than a trial court in any criminal cases than also exhibited process is applied in criminal cases.
Exhibited process is applicable in civil cases only.
