I want provide information to the public in India .I want to get registered this service cause nobody can do work like this type of business. what type of registration required like patents copyright and trade mark etc?
what's the Approx. cost of registration?
should I take any permission from any central or state government?
I don't know that. this type of service available in India or not. I want to know that from where I can get this type of information?

You should register an organization as NGO. It may be registered under society reg.Act.

Please follow the advice of Mr. Ramachandran.. generally matters related to intellectual property are better discussed with a dedicated professional. No wonder client-loyalty is high in this field of law!
