Sir I have asked this question before also but not got any answere I have a property at Dombivili (East) maharashtra which i have purchased in the year 2005 now i am about to sell my flat , As the buyer will take loan to give me my payment but there is one issue regarding my signature on Agreement of Flat purchased my me As when i purchase my flat my signature was different in my agreement document and today my signature is totally different will this create a problem for buyer to take loan as my old signature will not match with my new signature as i have also forgetten my old signature and in that case what should it needs to be done regarding my old signature & new signature what are the procudure to help my buyer to get his loan amount without any difficulty........

Bank will see only whether the borrower has purchased the flat be executing and registering the sale deed , not your signature.

The material concern in the Bank's objection is the identity of seller [ie, your identity]. These days, the office of the Registrar takes adequate precautions to ascertain the identity of the parties. You may furnish your identification documents to the Bank and a notarised affidavit in support your identity. These are not legally prescribed anywhere and may appear superfluous...but it is purely a solution-oriented suggestion.
