sir i invest in a delhi based company 4000 rs and he give me per month 245 rs for 24 month and after 24 month he back me 3500 rs back for security reason he gave court agreemnt stamp paper and cheque of diffrent bank so pls tell me the validity of bond paper of cheque

Your question does not make clear, as to what is court agreement, what for stamp paper and whether the money Rs.3500 is as full and final payment in the shape of cheques and in repayment of the total amount of your investment of Rs.4000, or in the shape of interest due per month?

sir the company give me 245 per month bonus 245*24 month total 5880 rs bonus and 3500return
total return in 25 month 9380 rs sir pls tell me according to rbi guidline it is possible or not
