Can a Stranger have right to a apply for the certified copy of a judgement of a case (to which he is not a party) which is already disposed off or judgment already give by the concerned judge? Please justify your answer through section of laws or judgement.

We here are not makers of law rather experts of its interpretation and implementation so querist should also keep in mind this aspect and we experts also require calm and peaceful mind while replying keeping in view that layman asks us questions so a lenient view is expected from us.

Anyway,any person can get the certified copy of any delivered judgment irrespective of consideration whether he was the party to the suit or not.

The Act you mentioned is still in existence.
