sir i gave to my advocate 1 wedding photo, my advocate is telling 1 photo is not enough. all photos and video cd is with my wife, we seperated from 4 years, now i have only 1 wedding photo sir, is it enough or not sir? i gave 1 original residence certificate, original marriage certificate , 10 days completed, not yet filed in court , only bcz of 1 photo.

documents supplied by you to your lawyer are more than sufficient to establish your marriage with your wife. No any photo is required what to tell all photos or CD. Marriage certificate is sufficient. Even if no certificate is produced, only affidavit of petitioner husband is sufficient.
