Son's Right over ancestral property

Hi,my father runs an ancestral petrol pump which he got from my grandfather.The land on which the petrol pump is there was bought by my grandfather from somebody.

After death of my grand father the land is now on my uncle's name but the petrol pump is run by my father.

My father left my mother and children(myself and my sister) 7 years back and has married another woman without taking divorce from my mother,also we were thrown out of the house and has no financial support from him.

What rights do I have over the petrol pump and the land as it is an ancestral property ans is not acquired by my father

Dear anonymous it has been answered in, query posted perhaps on behalf of your mother. If you are major you can file suit for the partition of property.
