Dear Sir,
we are 3 brothers and 2 sisters.there was a flat in the name of my mother purchased in 1990.Now my mother gifted me this flat by gift deed and there is no objection at present from my brothers or sisters as at that time i have paid total amount and agreement was made in the name of my mother.My question is
1]Is this 100%legal procedure?
2]After the death of my mother, my brother,sister or father can take any kind of objection to this property?
Please help me.

Your mother is free to gift her absolute property to anyone that she may wish to. Nobody can object to it.
But, whether the Gift Deed Registered or not?
Whether it has the signature of two witnesses or not?
Whether your brothers and sisters are aware about the Gift Deed in your favour or not? If they are not aware about the Gift Deed, how do you say that "there is no objection at present from my brothers or sisters"?
