merits and demerits if I filie a divorce?

I got married in 2010 April month.
My wife stayed with me intermittently with me and counted for only 5-6 months. She left me finally in April 2011 exactly after 1 year and filed a false 498a case.

I like to file a divorce now.
So I need your suggestions and recommendations.
What are the merits and demerits in my case.
*Note: We both are employed in IT organizations. WE do not have children.

i told you half of the story. What kind of facts needed kindly ask me. I will give you idea so that it will be helpful for me to file a divorce or not to?
