I AM A BANKER, WORKING AT SBH POOSALA BRANCH, POOSALA VILLAGE, SULTANABAD MANDAL, KARIMNAGAR DISTRICT, ANDHRA PRADESH-505185.

I WANT TO KNOW, WHETHER POOSALA VILLAGE (SULTANABAD MANDAL)IS A NOTIFIED CENTRE AND EQUITABLE MORTGAGE CAN BE CREATED AT POOSALA VILLAGE.

If you accept the immovable properties as collateral security and wish to create mortgage, it is always better to get this information as to one particular centre is notified or not from your administrative office to avoid any future problems.
