A person had only five daughters, he made marriage for four daughters and send them to their husband's house. fourth daughter got marriage but stayed with father along with her husband. the father made registered gift deed in 1957 of Inam land on fourth daughter. today father and four daughters and their husbands are no more except fourth daughter. Tahasildar abolished the Inam and given ryotawari patta in the name of fourth daughter's son in 1992. the same land acquired by the Govt for industry. special land acquisition officer (Assistant
Comissioner) issued the compensation cheque. but the sons of all the four daughters put an objection to stop the payment of chque. payment stoped by AC. and referred to civil court. now hearing is going on since last 5 months. the question is are they (sons of all other four daughters sons) have any right in the land? is it stopping the payment by AC is correct? what is the solution for the son of fourth daughter?
