I am Advocate and running placement Consultancy.Will you pls guide me whether an advocate can run placement consultancy or not.

as per advocate act an advocate shall not do any other business but can be a sleeping partner in any business provided the nature of business is not inconsistent with dignity of profession.

As per advocate act 1961 advocate shall not do any other business. He can do a part time educational job such as lecturer or teaching etc but not nay other

I TOO AGREE,NO PLACEMENT CONSULTANCY CAN BE RUN BY AN ADVOCATE.
