Breach of employment bond india

Hi,

I have accepted an offer from one of the IT company and also signed bond, I have not got an appointment latter from this company and I left this organization within 8 days without serving my notice period.

Now company ask me to pay 2 month of salary and 50,000 as replacement cost as per bond agreement signed by me.

I have not received an appointment latter

Do I need to pay as per bond agreement ?

It may be true, that you have not received any document, but, Have you signed any documents?

you say you signed a BOND that might have been your agreement ,without going through which we can not say how far co. can proceed against you.

Hi,

I have just signed terms & condition sheet, (this conditions were written on two A4 size paper) this terms and condition was not on bond paper.

You demand for the copy of agreement.

See the terms and conditions, If there is any clause for paying compensation, you have to pay it.
