Amendment in hog structure - without bmc perrmission

We are 50 members Society, more then 55% memberes had ameded structure of House without BMC Permission, I had also amended my flat, I installed small 250 Ltr water tank above my loft, almost all the members of 1RK had shifted their kitchen in Passage & Converted 1RK to !BHK, Some are owing two flat they had also joint both the flats.
Society members had passed resolution to remove the water tank & Started fine of Rs 750 Per Month. Since I had not removed (obey the rule). Now when I hd taken objection for amendment in thier flats they are not passing any rules & fine for the same. Being in mejority. Since Society is now going for redevelopment they are forcing us to close the issue & make payment of fine & to remove Water Tank.
Waht is better?
to Give objection in writting? that the Commitee members are not following guidelines of Bye laws & why not to dissolve the whole committee & to hand over the Change to Registrar.
Or
to give objection in orally in AGM, as they are in majority they are not accepting thier fault, thei matter is prolongin from last 10 Years.
Also Let me know wether Society Can Charge Interest on Penalty & Interest on Interest already charged.?
The Payamnet of Penalty is not paid as we had protest for the same.

1) give objection in writing .
2) installation of water tank in flat requires BMC permission . the objective being if some members install water tanks they will be able to store more water at the cost of members who dont have water tanks .
3) if society has taken objection remove the water tank and then drag the society to registar for failing to take action against members who have made alerations in flat
4) also raise issue in AGm request the secretary to placeitem on agenda

Society is not following its own rules and is making discrimination between its own members which can be got challenged on proper fora of law so better to give objections in writing and follow guidance of ajay.
