Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 09 August 2011 This query is : Resolved
Hello to everyone. Can an existing Trust form a new Trust with different objects with the same name. Also can a company then join in, or can a company be a part of the new Trust. However, the company has foreign directors.

Other option is can an indian company with foreign directors form a new trust? can it start with corpus given by a foreign director?

Which provision of the Companies Act and the Bombay Public Trust Act be applicable here in any of the options given?

Would be obliged for experts detailed opinion. Thnks in advance

Yes by a supplemental deed you can do the same but need to go through the documents and detailed overview of your intention and subject to guide you properly.
