Formating of damages for suot in high court

I am a senior citizen and seek help of experts for filling a Damage Suit against a Coop Society for making me suffer heavy losses comprising of:

a) Loss due to force closure of trading business by not allowing to operate from my office room in Fort area of Mumbai since the year 1991. (Losses 15Lacs till date)

b) Cutting of common power supply to my room si that I can not rent it out (Losses 11Lacs till date)

c) Falsely imploicating me in a case in City Civil Coirt claiming my room is illegal.(Legal expenses Rs. 50000/-)

d) Hospitalization due to stress (Rs.80000/-)

Due resource crunch I shall claim damages of Rs. 10Lacs only although I have suffered much more.

Pl guide me how to format and do I need to get them certified and if so how?

you have stated that you are a senior citizen . at present suit for damages reach hearing after 20 years in mumbaias it is long causes matter
you will waste lot of money on court fees , legal costs .

if you are determined you will have to prove your case that actual loss has been suffered . you will need hospitalisation bills, proof of legal exenses incurred , loss of business etc .
consult a local lawyer
