Sir, My query is Can a student of LLB do MBA through distance learnng from a university as mentioned in the rule 6 of rules of legal education-"However any short period part time certificate course in language, computer science or computer application, Diploma of an Institute, or any course run by a Centre for Distance Learning of a University however, shall be allowed"

The prohibition relates to regular course of study.LLB is available only through regular full time course. With regard to Correspondence, Proximate, online educations this rule may not hold good. But you should clear yourself about the clash of examination dates either.
