if the standing counsel of muncipal corporation does not update the corporation about the status of the case as an affected party to whom should our concern be reported.

make a complaint with the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation and simultaneously bring the matter to the knowledge of the Mayor as well.

i have already brought this to the notice of the commissoner and the addl. Commissoner but nothing has happened.

If your complaints to the proper authorities have not yielded proper results then file RTI application and obtain entire information in writing with day to day proceeding over your application from them and see result within days.
