Pension benefits after second maraige

my one client is getting the pension after the death of her husband. now if she does the second marraige, is there any effect on the pension, whether it is stopped or the pension is continued, pl. suggest.

After the second marriage, she is not entitled to get pension.

A. She is requires to intimate the concern authority about her remarriage to stop pension.

Family pension is permissible to the widow of a deceased employee till death or remarriage of the widow, WHICHEVER IS EARLIER.

On remarriage she cannot draw family pension. She has to give intimation of her remarriage to the pension sanctioning authority.
