Framing of charge

u/s 420, 467, 468, 471, 474, 120B IPC. The Charge frame on the basis of mouthpiece version and on out of record and only on photocopy document. Whether this type of charge is maintainable. In the absence of original document the charge is maintainable or not , advice me

charge can be framed.

Court may frame charge on the basis of the statement recorded by police and of the FIR, if it thinks fit. It does not mean that you r convicted. you may be acquitted latter on by the same court.
But, a photocopy of any document is not a primary evidence, it is a secondary evidence. if the Original copies are not present it can not be taken in to account as evidence.
