is property under surety bond must be mortgaged under registration act or c. p. c. to take awarded amount under moter claim petition if yes then what is procedure and what is legal position behind it please tell me in detail with relevent case law.

Which PROPERTY, you are talking about is not known and still talking abt 'motor claim'.One thing is clear that MVA speaks of "Motor Accidents Claim" & not about the damaging of any immoveable property.In this case the VEHICLE should be under insurance cover to relieve the owner of his liability so the the CLAIM amount is paid by the Ins Co.
You need to state more fact,rather regarding what property you seek claim from MACT.
