How the section 6 of the Hindu Succession (Amendment Act),1956(amended by 2005) is against the concept of coparcenary and the joint family property and how Hindu Succession (Amendment Act), 2005 is illegal or ultra-vires?

No law is ultra vires unless it is declared by the supreme court.

All most every provision of Hindu law has stood codified,because they do not form minority hence every legislation passed against their personal law stands legal and not beyond the constitution.None so far held unconstitutional,how can it be,which was gender biased hence taken away.
