Fir booked under 498a

(Querist) 27 September 2011 This query is : Resolved
in FIR of PS , they have written:

Action Taken: Since above report reveals commission of offense (s) U/s 498 (A)IPC, 4 & 6 DP Act has been registered and took up the investigation.

Next is they sent the FIR to court under reason as 'conviction'. Whereas there was no investigation happened with the accused.

Is there any loop-hole here to defend in the trails at trial court as the PS taken one sided decision without knowing the actuals.

There is no loop-hole here, you would need to defend the same at the trial court level.

Hope everyone is admitted on bail.

Prosecution is not required to take the version of the accused.
