Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 30 September 2011 This query is : Resolved
I have not recieved IT refunds for year 2004-05.
Looking at the status online, website shows the same .

I am looking for direct link/URL for filing RTI for income tax return.

Just write and send it to ITO.

Shailesh! Can you no answer this subsequent reply at one place?

I have observed that if one querist asks 3 questions out of one query, you reply them at 3 different places. I think this is just for increasing your number of replies.

Anyway! You can decide better what to do and how to answer.

Oh my God! What a pity. Even a such a senior expert like Mr. Makkad, whom we hold in high esteem, also betrays petty mindedness.

I shudder to think what will happen if others start accusing him of the same thing - since his present post does not do any value addition to the querist, except in the process of inter-se bickering Mr. Makkad will get an unintended benefit of earning a 'point'.

Dear Mr. Makkad,

I chanced upon to notice that for a single query you have pasted the decision three times.

I have also noticed that it is not due to any technical fault for there are three separate threads as under:

In Reply To : Order 17 rule3 c.p.c

http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Order-17-rulee-235716.asp

http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Order-17-rule3-c-p-c-235721.asp

http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Order-17-rule3-c-p-c-235726.asp

IS YOUR INTENTION (though I don't believe so) TO SCORE EXTRA POINTS?

The order pasted by you relates to Order 37 Rule 3, while the query relates to Order 17 Rule 3.

Moral of the story: DO NOT ATTRIBUTE MOTIVES TO OTHERS UNNECESSARILY.

You need to be the querist or approved LAWyersclub expert to take part in this query .
