Sorry. No designated Senior Advocate can meet the client directly and such an act is prohibited under the Advocates Act. You have to engage a senior advocate only through an advocate duly enrolled with the Bar council of the concerned state.

We have already engaged a Lawyer and we are in search of good lawyer(Senior) to contest our Criminal Trial(S.302). My Brother in law is the prime accused. Please suggest some good lawyer with some track as case has been trfd frm SC to Tis Hazari and is a complicated case.

As rightly stated by an expert, you can not engage a senior counsel directly.
However, you should hire a lawyer with proven record in the kind of case you are engaged in.
