if a arrest warrant is against 3 persons accused in one case one gets anticipatory bail one is jc and anoter is absconding then the person who is in jc cant get bail untill the other person is arrested

If one gets AB then it should be considered as well on his bail application.
The abscondance of the other is not of much importance.

Also depends on what are the allegations on the person in JC.

Only the application of parity is not enough.
