Sir, this is Priya from Mysore, sir, I sincerely thank all of you who gave opinion with respect to Hindu succession act sir one more thing i wanted to ask is that they say that Hindu succession act 2005 can be retrospective but how come in Bangalore high court N Kumar judgement 1956 act can become prospective. We lost a case on partition suit in district court of mysore on oct 12 2011 only on date of birth because my mother was born before 17-6-1956 my mother is crying day by day telling that inspite of suffering suppression the law also has suppressed us. Sir what to do next

File a regular first appeal in High Court. Don't be get that much depress. law does not suppress any one. You have 1000 ways to solve your problem. Try to find out appropriate one and make your mom feel happy.
