You should move an application seeking condonation of delay and if court thinks reason mentioned therein leading delay in filing appeal may allow subject to cost which cannot be anticipated as there is no set standard for imposing cost.

Quite a vague query in the absence of background of the case, organisation, concern of the querist, status of case with lower court or CAT and the HC! He is jumping straight towards the SC and asking for cost, but without giving any background.
