In a criminal case we charged for 498a by my late brother's wife because we know her illicit relation to other.

she frequently talk with him on cell phone, i know it but how this evidence put on before court.

does court make any order to call record from cell phone compny to proove it.

You can summon the service provider ay the time of trial to produce the call records.

Unless the calls were of in great frequency and at odd hours, the same may not be much help without further corroboration.

Ask your advocate, he would arrange for that.
Only a formal petition needs to be filed in the court for issuing such summons.

Under CrPC 91, you can summon the records in court.

How old are the records, and which service provider.

Any detective worth its salt can get you these records.
