what are the latest provisions for legal aid to victim or accused.any recent ruling of sc cited.

Any person of a case/suit is incapable of appointing an advocate may seek for legal aid and ask for appointing to an advocate for him. Generally in the cognizable offences there is provision for the prosecutor for the victim.
