Under what circumstances the police is empowered to conduct search in a house or frisk body of person? What are the rights of resident of house being searched or person being frisked? Is police required to give or show any document before or after conducting such search?

Have you ever heard that there is a book called CRPC where the provisions of search are widely deal;t with.

Being a law student or an advocate you are supposed to know this.

You should search these facts in cr.pc. So atleast search the section 41,47,48,51,70, 73,80,93,94 of cr.pc
