hello
we came upon a fake registered 30 years lease deed agreement between two public trust under rti executed on Rs,7000/- stamps and this documents has been used by the trust to get the permission to run the education college on that leased property and land(actually it is rented but not on lease for 30 years to them)
also the very same property is under sale for permission before jt.charity commissioner,nagpur.where we alongwith other tenants have approached for revocation of permission to sale to this trust by our landlord trust and the matter is going on .
we have given complaints before police dept.,,registrar of stamps,and collector,and also to the jt.charity commissioner about this document.
we are awaiting result !
please suggest us more on this matter so that the wrong doing must be punished
since the trust people are very influential they might go scot free or matter may get covered up please suggest us .

Your action is in right direction and if some wrong decision is made then move to High Court and make advance preparation for that purpose.

please advice me about this trust which is registered as bombay public trust which enjoys exemption under/s 80G of income tax and also recieves the grant in aid for the salary for its employee from state government for the schools and educational institute they run under the trust,although the trust doesn't recieve any other grant as it claims in high court against order of state information to give the information sought under rti the trust has pleaded for not to give information on the ground that its not recieving grant other than salary grant
the matter in nagpur is slated on 29-nov-2011.
we are anticipating outcome in our favour

If the out come is anticipated by you in your
favor you should maintain 02days patience,and should then revert back for advise.There is no point to speculate presently by experts about the order to be passed.
