Appeal on a writ petition judgment

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 18 November 2011 This query is : Resolved
Dear Learned Advocates,
What is the time limit for the appeal on the judgment of a Writ petition ?
Rajeev Kumar (Expert) 18 November 2011
There is the time limit of ninety days ( 90 days) for an appeal of any judgement
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 18 November 2011
absolutely an incorrect statement that there is always a time limit of 90 days in filing an appeal against any judgment.

its not correct to misguide any person.

if the judgment is out of a writ petition then first find out whether the concerned HC has any rules for LPA and what is the limitation period prescribed for it.

for detailed information visit some local lawyer to know about the said rules.
