Regarding land

i have inherited a residential plot of land(which is of clear title) in jaipur and got it transfer in
my name and got transferred by jaipur development authority this plot is originally alloted by co operative society some land mafia have started creating problem by putting stones and wastes... etc... what type of legal/police action is taken against those people , anti social elements who are creating problems for construction work .

You can file suit for permanent injunction.
Similarly you can initiate criminal proceeding for trespassing, criminal intimidation etc.
