Need references of good lawyers for addressing the issue of transfer of 7/12 abstract agricultural land in Uttan, Bhayander (Thane District)

I am a resident of Mumbai and we have purchased a piece of agricultural land in Uttan (Bhayander)2 yrs back the 7/12 abstract is still not transferred in our name. The reason being we are not farmers or we do not have an existing agricultural plot.

My ancestors were originally from Bhayander (Mumbai) and were farmers we have an old 7/12 abstract that states they were farmers but the current status of that 7/12 abstract is NA plot and that does not belong to us any longer.

I have been struggling hard to get this 7/12 abstract transferred in our name constantly visiting to talati office in Uttan and the officer generally puts down our request.

What do you mean by ' good lawyers'?

I mean a competent revenue lawyer who could help me address this issue since I'm struggling with it since the last 2 years.

Would appreciate your kind help if you could recommend one.
