my husband attempt to murder me in 1-04-2011 in dehradun.i have medical of government hospital. but because i was alone in dehradun . so i came to delhi and put a complaint in CAW Cell for dowry. but after six months my FIR has been launched against Section 498 A but i want to add on the IPC Section 307 as well. is there any rulling that supports me.

Why are you not informed police at dehradun.you can registered the case u/s 307.
Section 307 IPC limitation period is 3 years, you can registered a case against him u/s 307 now. no need any citation in this regard.

As FIR not launched u/s 307,

YOU lodge a complain, FIR AT DEHRADUN NOW .

as simple as that, No citations needed for lodging Complaints, you don't need to know IPC Sections also.
