A notice or legal notice to be sent to the flat owners association?

Sirs, I have sent in the attachment in letter format to be sent to the president of our association related to a case, in which he has given a statement against the interest of the entire society members. A F I R has been filed, but charge sheet is yet to be filed. I am put to severe financial problem, mental agony and harassment due to the matter.It is highly appreciable that, the matter be thoroughly read, any addition be done and advice whether it should be sent as legal notice or ordinary notice from my end.

please get the legal notice drafted by a lawyer .
you have to start with narration of detailed facts of the case . you merely mention list of letters sent without any refernce to the contents .
legal notice should be brief and to the point .

As Ajay suggested, Legal notice be drafted by Advocate.
Self help, Like self medication, may damage your case, instead of helping you.

The draft letter attached by you does not in clear terms bring out allegations against the President. Better get it issued through your advocate for better effect.
