Sir,
Regarding power of attorney accounts...
When a principal sends a lawyers notice to agent, is there any legal requirement that all details of the notice be truthful? Can contents be to elicit intentions of the agent?

The notice should contain the details of allegations , if any and the claim made therein.

Let it be notice on behalf of principal being sent to POA agent by lawyer or any other notice of any kind,the notice should truth fully state the basis of right of demand in the light of obligatory facts and a suitable time to comply with with consequences to emerge if not complied.
