will I have registered, for the AOR examination Supreme courtOf India, under AOR Supreme Court Of India or Aor any High Court
R.Ramachandran (Expert) 29 December 2011
Dear Mr. Jamal,
You claim to be an AOR of the High Court. Except you, I am yet to come across an AOR in any of the HIGH Courts!

However, to be eligible to sit for AOR Examination of the Sc, you have to register as a trainee under an AOR of the Supreme Court.

Rightly stated by Mr. Ramachandran, but it is q query, though the language is a little fuzzled.

You can be AOR in SC only and not in HC.

There is no AOR qualification required for HC. But, for SC for filing the case you should be an AOR. you may go through the SC website for becoming the AOR.

Dear Md. Jamal Mustafa Sahab
according to sC rules AOR is mandatory for filling the case before SC. for appearing in AOR Exam, it is mandatory to register as a Trainee and after completion of one year of your traineeship you can sit in exam.
search through SC website
