Speedy judgements/provisions available.

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 17 January 2012 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir(s),
Is there any provision to have speedy orders/proceedings/judgements for Sr.Citizen who are unwell, in Lower courts of Districts.. The matters dragged by Judiciary itself by way of slow Judges?
What is the wayout?
Can a common Sr.Ctz complain to High Court or Higher District court directly, because lawyers do not involve in such thing.
This is Voice of the Sr Ctz. who is purposely made to run around & unable to attend civil suits.
PLEASE DO NOT MIND, ITS A LIVE STORY & FACT OF A CRYING / AILING Sr.CTZ.

Dear Querist
Speedy Justice is our fundamental right according to Constitution of India. A common man Sr.Ctz can file a case or writ for speedy justice & not only Sr. Ctz but also any other person too.
file a writ petition before the HC and get order for speedy justice.
feel free to call

Yes do apply before the High Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. It always prioritise cases for Senior Citizens at least by Calcutta High Court.
