Sir,
Student filed petition against the university about not declaration of many pending result since a long time in High Court, Allahabad. HC issued a order to university to declare the required results in a month from the date of receive.
Here what would be considered as the date of receive of same order by university. Generally when a order is being issued, both petitioner and respondent get the order of copy.
Do student need to send the order to university ? If yes, then how student will submit same order if needed somewhere in future to use.. Can student send the copy of order to university to use the original as reference in future if needed somewhere..

The HC would have sent the copy to the registrar of the University.
Otherwise you can also send the copy to registrar for complying with the said order.
You can get apply for certified copy as and when you require the same.

If the case was contested, means the representative of the university was present while the order was pronounced then you need not supply the copy to university and university is bound to make compliance of the judgment ibid within the stipulated time failing which file a contempt of court against all the erring officials.

No need to supply order copy. Since the University already informed about judgement.
