hello respected experts.
A CASE IS THAT accused on has charged 420 and 406 ipc and on bail time highcourt has direct that....
Heard Mr.Maulik Nanavati, learned Additional Public Prosecutor and also perused papers. In view of above, the applicant is directed to deposit an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- with the Sayajiganj Police Station, Vadodara within 15 days. The Senior Police Inspector of the Sayajiganj Police Station, Vadodara is directed to accept the said amount from the applicant in connection with C.R. No.I-154 of 2011 and will issue receipt for the same. The said amount has to be accepted as muddamal and it should be endorsed under Crime Writer Head.
I field muddamal application said amount of 30000/- because of accused has cheating with me and police report is nagative and accused report also nagative to pay money to me.
at this stage can i get money as muddamal from court?
any citaion related that ?

That amount can be returned to you only after the disposal of the case as per provisions.
