Original birth certificate with altered dob

My query is: I had given wrong date of birth at the time of school admission to match the entry eligible age for LKG(4months increased). His school records/passport and other documents are with different date of birth.But,he has only Birth certificate i.e. with different DOB in passport. Therefore, on behalf of my son, I request you to kindly suggest me how to resolve this problem.
Shall I submit a fresh birth certificate to get corrected in passport.

Wah wah how much a wrong doer can do openly can be seen here.

Shrimanji! You son shall have to file a civil suit against school and education board from where he obtained his 12th class certificate for the correction in his certificate so that every certificate may be got converted as per original.

Alteration of date of birth is an offence.

Tampering of documents is an offene,you should have correction by legal way,however you can contact with concerned authority.
