the facts are- if a famous personality goes to a tv show having lie detector wires attached to his seat- for example a serial like "sach ka saamna"....and if he is asked a ques about his wife's murder which happened a year ago he participated in that show.....he gave his answer in a negative showing his innocene, but the lie detector machine denied his answer and held him to be lying...in such a case..will the admission be admissible in courts AGAINST HIM?and will it have evidentiary value?
Kirti Kar Tripathi (Expert) 04 February 2012
