i am going to pass my 5 year B.A.LL.B. from guwahati,assam this year in june-july session, my query is :-
1. what should i do to appear in AIBE
2. how i should prepare for AIBE at home from now on
3. do i need to go outside guwahati for better performance in AIBE

Dear Ms.Emilyn,
After passing the 5 year course, you have to first enrol yourself with the State Bar Council.
Thereafter you have to submit the application for sitting in the AIBE.
Since the AIBE Exam is the same throughout India, there may not be any special need to go out of Guwahati for better performance. However, you have to prepare well. You have to go through the previous AIBE papers to get an idea about the scope of the exam and the types of questions being asked.
Combined study with your like minded friends will help you in this regard.
Do visit the website of Bar Council of India regularly to know the date of AIBE, availability of application form, last date for submission of application form etc.
Also keep on exchanging information with your batch-mates.

Prepare as a student and be confident and no need to go outside guwahati just read the material and other sources like internet .
BCI releases mock question paper so practice those papers.
