Dear Expert
My Grandfather has purchsed 2 plots in maharashtra in 1969. I have a true copy of registered sale deed for the same. after investigating I found that the son of the owner (from whom my GF has purchased the plot) has resale the same to another persons, in 1969 registry has made at district office now the new registry he made at tehsil office. Now the query is what can I do for getting my land back.

Dear Sir
I have found the xerox copies of the papers in Dec'2011 Now I'm 33 years old. On the basis of the xerox papers I have got true copies, and original papers are missplaced during shifitng our home when I was at 13-14 years old.
I have checked all records regarding this Son of owner has sell the land in 2010 & 2011.

Where were you since last more than 40 years?
You have not mentioned who is in possession of the land?
You shall have to file a suit for possession if the subsequent illegal vendees are having their possession over the plot. You can also file a criminal case under section 420/467/468/471/120B IPC against alleged venoer, vendees, witnesses and revenue officers.
