Phani (rtc) number will be there for residential plot

Hi Friends,

Whether the Phani (RTC) number will be there for residential plots , it is DC conversion land in the year 1990.

Only Encumberance certificate will be available

Kindly help me.

If conversion was made during the year 1990 then definitely its RTC no. shall be duly found in the relevant Pahani. Obtain if from the office of local Patwari.

Sir,

Phani is available but the name in the phani(RTC) is showing the SELLER NAME only containing of 3.2 ACRES.
