General power of attorney- sale agreement

Background
- In 2007 M/s. Ramarju and Raviverma constructions (allias KSR Green Fields) came to an “Sale cum General Power Of Attoryney” by purchasing 38 acres of mango trees land from 5 farmers in Andhra Pradesh, Vizianagaram District, Kottavalasa Mandal, Baligattam Village vide survey no. 184/1 and 184/2.
- After that they developed the plot and got VUDA (Visakhapatnam Urban Development Authroity) Approval vide LP No. 33/08. The site and plot diagram appearing the official vuda official internet site. VUDA approval in the name of Ramaraju Ravi Verma Constructions. Total 359 plots they have developed.
- After developing the side they came to an MOU with Building Blocks Ltd., company who are basically promoting the sales and selling the plots
- However, the purchasers are getting registration from the authorized personal of Ramaraju Raviverma Constructions (allias KSR Green Fields)
Clarification required
- As per the supreme court order and your article whether Ramaraju Ravi Verma Construcitons is empowered to register the plots or not.
Kindly help us in clarifying the issue.

Construction company is required to register those plots as per registration act and there is no legal hurdle to do so despite of the verdict of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
