Builder floor

sir
i purchase a builder floor out of four floor made by bulder on dda plot. builder have one original copy of paper of land
but four floor will be sale to four different person. i received a photo copy of land paper and original sale deed of my floor. builder say he will distribute equally dividing all original paper between four party after selling all flour. but i was not aware about this thing before buy floor so i involved some argument with builder and refused to pay him commission. but now i afraid of ownership of floor . how i will sell this floor.

he has given you orgiinal sale deed of your floor . you are safe .

never too late to make amends . go andfd meet him and apologise

As you have registered sale deed in your hand which might be duly entered in the mutation register then you need not afraid as sell is not dependent upon the builder rather upon valid property documents and possession accordingly.


You can improve your relations which the builder by feeling apology if you think you unnecessarily abused him.

i will follow your advise. but sir land paper is not required for sale of floor. only original registered sale deed is sufficient for sale of floor.
yes i have full possession on floor.
