Hi,
We have been dragged to fight for cases in the lower court and High court of Hyderabad and we have been winning in both the courts. I have a doubt that the other party might also knock the doors of Supreme court, because they want to drag the case for a longer period of time. My question is to put a Caveat in the Supreme court what is the procedure;
1. Do I have to go to Delhi for the same?
2. Will it be possible to do the same online or something?
3. Will I have to appoint another Lawyer for that?
4. Can that be done from High Courts of Mumbai or Hyderabad also?
5. Or are there offices in Mumbai or Hyderabad to put the Caveat in the Supreme Court.
Kindly advise.

Querist,
You can do so by engaging an advocate at Delhi,or you can send your advocate or else you can do so by e-filing.There are no such offices in either Hyderabad or Mumbai.
